Chocolate Chip Cookie Delight :)

1 tube (16-1/2 oz) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup cofectioners' sugar
1 carton (12oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
3 cups cold milk
1 pkg (3.9oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 pkg (3.4oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
Chopped nuts and chocoate curls (optional)

*Let cookie doegh stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften. Press into an ungreased 13x9x2in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
*In a lg mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smoot. Fold in 1-3/4 cups whipped topping. Spread over crust.
* In a lg bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes; let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Spread over cream cheese later. Top with remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate curls (mini chocolate chips :) if desired.
* Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight until firm.

Old Fashioned Lasagna (American Beauty Recipe)

1 pkg Lasagna, uncooked
1 lb. ground beef...or Italian Sausage :)
1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce (I like Roasted Garlic by Classico)
1-3/4 cups (15oz.) Ricotta Cheese
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
2 TBS Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 egg
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
Salt and pepper to taste...

Cook pasta according to package directrions. Lay flat on foil to cool. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large skillet, add meat; cook until brown. Drain; stir in spaghetti sauce. In medium bowl, stir together ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, egg and seasonings. In 13x9x2-inch baking dish, spread 1/2 cup meat sauce; place 3 pasta pieces lengthwise over sauce. Spread one-half ricotta mixture over pasta; cover with 1 cup meat sauce. Repeat layers of pasta, ricotta mixture and meat sauce. Top with remaining pasta, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes; remove foil. Bake 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes.

Mac N Cheese...yum.yum.

Ingredients and Directions are together :)

1 lb elbows (small or large)
     -cooked al dente

Mix Into Pasta:

2 cans Campbells Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/2 cup Soup Cream
1 cup Milk
1 lb of SHARP Cheddar Cheese

Pour into 9x13 pan

Crumble 1 roll of Ritz Crackers and mix into 1 CUBE of Melted Butter (holy calories. i know.) Sprinkle over the top.

Cook 30-40 minutes @ 375 degrees.
